Carolyn Marchesani has over fifteen years of professional experience providing individuals and families with counsel and strategies for estate planning, probate and estate administration. Ms. Marchesani has concentrated her practice in this area with the goal of ensuring that the client has a plan in place to provide for themselves and their family. This work includes helping to organize information to understand current circumstances, determine desired plans going forward and complete effective execution of this plan by helping clients gain an understanding of the related laws in this area and how these laws may impact them. Estate planning involves coordination of advisors in the area of insurance, tax and financial matters. Lifestyle, family dynamics, roles and responsibilities vary and regularly create a need to review your estate plan.
Ms. Marchesani attended Villanova University School of Law – Graduate Tax Program and completed the Estate Planning Certificate Program, while working as an Associate Attorney for a Chester County based firm. Ms. Marchesani attended Widener University School of Law, in Wilmington, Delaware, where she earned her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) while working full-time as a Paralegal in this same law firm. She was admitted to the bar in 1995. Her undergraduate studies were completed at Fairfield University, Fairfield, CT, where she earned a B.A. in Psychology.
Ms. Marchesani, originally from New Jersey, has been a Chester County resident for over thirty (30) years, and has served on the Downingtown Library Company Board as well as provided volunteer leadership for this organization for many years.
