I help my clients make decisions that they cannot afford to get wrong. For example, I help businesses, individuals and families protect and grow their assets for the long term. I take this mission very seriously and work closely with my clients in order to recommend the appropriate plans to help achieve their unique goals. I have the skills, knowledge and experience to match your business, tax and financial objectives with your risk tolerance, time horizon and investment objectives, while also suggesting alternatives to help protect your assets. I assist clients in planning and resolving tax issues, estate & financial planning, succession planning and representation before taxing authorities such as the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), My practice also consists of counseling clients in areas of real estate law, such as purchases and sale transactions, land use, commercial lending and landlord-tenant law. I represent corporations, small and medium businesses, developers and institutional end-users in the acquisition and sale of real property and land use issues.
