: Current; Activities: Mr. Boggs is in his second term as president of the Republican National Lawyers Association and serves on the organization"s Board of Governors. He was Delaware chairman of Lawyers for Bush"Cheney "04, as well as a member of the Florida recount team during the 2000 presidential election. Mr. Boggs serves on the National Finance Committee of the Republican Governors Association and advises candidates for state and federal elective office. He is also a member of Blank Rome's PAC Committee. Mr. Boggs remains involved in bar activities through his memberships in the Delaware and District of Columbia Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
