Pathfinder Injury Law owner and attorney Bryn Swartz was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. Bryn has handled hundreds of workers’ compensation cases and recovered millions of dollars for his clients. He has dedicated his career to representing people who are seriously injured at work. He founded Pathfinder Injury Law to pursue the goal of giving every client the diligent, attentive representation they need in the midst of a work-related injury case.
Bryn graduated in the top 7 percent of his class from Randolph-Macon College with membership in the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He attended law school at the University of Richmond, from which he graduated magna cum laude, in the top 11 percent of his class, and with membership in the Walter Scott McNeill Law Honor Society.
Bryn is a member of various professional associations including the Virginia State Bar and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and he is well-known amongst his peers in the Virginia workers’ compensation bar as a diligent and resourceful lawyer. Bryn has been recognized as a 2021 Rising Star by Super Lawyers, and was given the award for 2018 Top Attorney for Workers’ Compensation Client Satisfaction.
Outside of running Pathfinder Injury Law and helping people who get hurt at work, Bryn loves mountain biking and hanging out with his family, and he also enjoys cooking, travel, music, and playing with his dogs.
