: Current; Activities: Mr. Baker is a member of the Monroe County, New York, and American bar associations. He serves as chairman of the Business Law Section of the Monroe County Bar Association, and chaired that bar association’s 19th Annual Banking Law Seminar in 1993. He is also a member of the Banking Law Committee of the New York State Bar Association and in January 1998 moderated a panel discussion on "Achieving Year 2000 Compliance: Regulatory, Vendor and User Perspectives" at the Association’s Annual Meeting in New York City.
