Brooke Diane Hagara

After fourteen years defending felony criminal cases, Brooke Hagara zealously represents clients through a process that is often dehumanizing and harsh. She recognizes clients as people who have their own side of a case that needs to be investigated and told.

During her career, she has successfully litigated numerous jury trials for clients charged with homicide, assault, sexual assault, child abuse, drug offenses, and property crimes.

She specializes in crimes involving sexual assault and child abuse, with national training in challenging child interview techniques and medical evidence. She has also prevailed in the litigation of assault cases by asserting self-defense

She thoroughly reviews government seizure of evidence for illegal search and seizure challenges. She has prevailed in numerous suppression motions based on such evidentiary challenges.
