Assists and counsels entertainment content and IP/technology owners in the formulation and execution of strategic global rights exploitation programs to maximize the financial performance of intellectual property content and branded consumer products businesses.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of worldwide licensing programs for multimillion-dollar brands, including the negotiation and documentation of product merchandise licensing agreements, software/technology licenses and co-branding agreements. Acquisitions and sales of IP businesses and/or technology.
