We first met in law school, then again afterwards at the courthouse. We represented different parties aligned in a multiple party lawsuits twice. We have also referred each other business. We also consult with each other from time to time.

Yes

First, he understands where a client is coming from. He can then take their goals and explain how the law impacts their goals and their case. He also knows the judges he practices in front of and can better estimate outcomes. He explains the reality of each situation to his client so that they can make informed decisions. Brian is also great in the courtroom and knows evidence laws, as well as how to structure a case and argument so that it has the most impact.

Brian makes sure to stay on top of case developments from the court of appeals, pays attention to changes in the law, and constantly is reviewing CLEs to make sure he is on top of legal issues.

Brian is available to clients by phone, email, video conferencing, whatever works for them. He is also consistent in making sure clients are kept up to date on their cases.

Brian and I worked in a law firm together, where we originally met, 7 years ago. We have remained friends and colleagues since.

Brian began his own firm at that time with a partner, he would occasionally hire me on a contract basis throughout 2015 and 2016 for drafting or review matters. In 2017, Brian hired me to advise and represent him on some matters. In 2018, I began my own firm. Since 2018, we regularly have opportunities to work together on various matters.
