Brendan has always focused his practice on representing the people, not Insurance companies. After graduating law school, Brendan gained valuable experience training alongside some of the best trial lawyers in the country before starting Flanagan Law in 2015. Brendan started the firm with almost no money to his name, and worked out of a rented mother-in-law suite with just a macbook and his dog. For the first 2 years, Brendan accepted almost any case that needed help, no matter how big or small the damages, Brendan was (and still is) ready and willing to litigate every case to Verdict.
Brendan’s Goal:
Over the years, Brendan has litigated hundreds of cases and recovered multiple millions of dollars for his deserving clients through large settlements, and jury verdicts. Brendan is well known in the legal community as an aggressive litigator, fierce competitor, and formidable opponent. Brendan’s goal on every case is simple: do right by the client, and maximize the client’s recovery. Period.
Brendan is originally from the Gulf Coast of Florida (Bradenton, FL) where he grew up in a tight-knit, caring community that his family still calls home. Brendan attended Florida State University, moved to Atlanta for law school and decided to stay. Growing up, Brendan’s parents instilled in him the power of family, community, and faith. Brendan lives by these tenants, and treats his clients the same way – like family.
Brendan is licensed to practice in every State, Superior and Federal Court in Georgia.
Brendan lives in Sandy Springs with his wife, two golden retrievers (Otis & Riley), and two rescue cats (Ruby & Flora). In his spare time, Brendan enjoys golf, tennis, and participating in extreme sports. Brendan is an avid snowboarder, fly fisherman, and Advanced Open Water scuba diver. Brendan’s passion for life and adventure translates directly into the vigor and drive he pours into every case for each of his clients.
