Client Reviews
D. Carsey August 21, 2022
Brad is extremely competent and works hard to represent his client's interest to the fullest extent. Brad has provided legal assistance to myself and clients I have referred to him over the years. He is the ultimate professional, an outstanding colleague, and fully understands what it takes to represent a client's interest in today's legal climate.

Biography

Brad Davenport has experience representing clients in oil and gas litigation, the negotiation of master service agreements for pipeline construction and oil and gas industry companies, shareholder derivative litigation, and quiet title curative matters. Brad utilizes his expertise and sound judgment to advise clients and protect their interests in negotiating the purchase or sale of business assets, formation of corporations and limited liability companies, and reviewing and updating corporate documents and agreements. He also employs a combination of persistence and pragmatism to aid business clients in collecting outstanding accounts receivable.

Negotiated a favorable walkaway settlement in September 2021 for a pipeline construction company in an arbitration case regarding a breach of contract claim by a directional drilling subcontractor over a frac out resulting in surface and stream contamination and hundreds of thousands of dollars in cleanup costs in Eastern Oklahoma.

Defended a New Mexico janitorial supply company in a breach of contract lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Oklahoma, winning summary judgment in February 2022 in favor of client regarding a jointly placed order of personal protective equipment that a foreign manufacturer failed to deliver.
