Q. My ex wife, asked me to take her back. Two months later, and nearly $800roughly, she tells me about her girlfriend.
A: I no longer practice law and am only finishing up a few cases so I cannot assist you, I can only state basic principles.

I don’t understand the “$800 later”. If you only put 800 out of pocket consider yourself lucky.

If you want to sue her fraud you probably could, but the cost would be well more than $800. If the 800 was child support I don’t see you getting that awarded back. And to what end. But you cannot undo a divorce. You’d remarry. Certainly you would NoT do that without a prenuptial agreement.

If you are serious about discussing this with an attorney, you could call Sue Kozlowski (219)663-2588 or Terri Tinder (219) 738-2211.

If you don’t want to hire an Atty or can’t, go to the court clerk and ask if they have a form. Or check on www.in.gov.
Q. what does waiting on ALJ for draft instructions mean
A: I don’t know where you are getting the language from but the ALJ is the Administrative Law Judge. So it’s in the pipeline waiting for the Judge to write something,
