I spent 4 years on active duty with the Air Force, and 26 years in the Air Force Reserve. I retired as a Colonel. I represent current and former Veterans and their families with respect to Veterans' disability claims pending before the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA), and various Federal courts. I am accredited as an attorney for the preparation, presentation and prosecution of claims before the VA.
I am licensed to practice law in TN, NJ, DC, and GA. I am admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court, various Federal District Courts and Courts of Appeal, and various local and appellate courts in those jurisdictions where I am admitted to the Bar.
