Bahar Dejban is the founder of Dejban Law. Her work includes employment matters, personal injury cases, pharmaceutical mass torts, product liability, and class action cases. Her extensive knowledge in litigating significant liability cases against some of the largest companies in the world is a sought-after asset by companies looking to manage their legal departments better, spotting areas that need changing, and improving them.
Bahar has litigated cases against some giant companies in the world, including, Merck, Pfizer, Bayer, Astrazeneca, Chevron, and Walmart. She has headed the personal injury and mass tort group at one of California’s largest plaintiff firms. Her cases have involved a broad range of issues, focusing especially on complex cases involving thousands of plaintiffs and multiple defendants. Her leadership has resulted in many multimillion-dollar settlements.
She has also worked with various firms of different sizes, from consultant to outside counsel, to general counsel, helping them assure compliance in a variety of areas such as labor and employment, product liability, commercial and consumer contracts, and corporate restructuring.
Bahar personally oversees all aspects of matters involving her clients and takes the time to assure that no detail is missed and that she brings the best, most creative approach to meeting the challenges that her clients face whether they are an individual employee who has been wronged or a multi-national corporation with complex needs.
Her work has not only involved litigating in courts across the country but also advocating for causes before the executive and legislative bodies of multiple jurisdictions, including the U.S. Congress.
