- Prior to joining Ropes Gray, Baaba worked at the French National Experimentation Laboratory through the Smith College study abroad program. She conducted feasibility and market studies on the possibility of calibrating PCI, PXI and VXI digital multimeter cards. Her senior design project at Smith College involved designing the prototype of an autonomous robot to identify mis-shelved library books using Radio Frequency Identification and Pattern Recognition.
