Autumn HajMohammad
Autumn HajMohammad is a California native. She completed her B.A. in Public Policy at California State University, Bakersfield, while working for a State Senator. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. She graduated with honors and was granted membership into the prestigious Traynor Honor Society.
Prior to opening her own firm, Ms. HajMohammad worked for the Kern County Public Defender's Office where she defended clients charged with misdemeanors and felonies. She also successfully represented clients convicted of homicide and sex offenses seeking habeas relief.
Now accepting privately retained and court-appointed clients, Autumn HajMohammad defends those accused of criminal charges in the the East Bay including Oakland, Hayward, Fremont, Alameda and Pleasanton, and in the greater Bay Area. She zealously defends clients in a variety of criminal cases including theft crimes, drug crimes, sex crimes, domestic violence, DUI, and crimes of violence.
Ms. HajMohammad has become known for her smart, focused, and sometimes creative approach as she understands the "big picture" is just as important as scrupulous attention to each detail of a case. She brings experience and savvy advocacy to each case whether engaged in motion work, plea negotiations, jury trial, or appeal.
