Asya Mitchem

Asya Mitchem is a proud native of Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Cedar Hill High School. Soon after, she attended and received a Bachelor of Liberal Arts Degree in Political Science with a minor in Journalism from Northwestern State University of Louisiana in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Asya fell so in love with Louisiana’s culture, and the amazing food, that she earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. While there, she was granted the amazing opportunity to study abroad through Southern’s Summer Study Abroad Program, and attended University College London in London, England. In her leisure time, Asya enjoys being adventurous, traveling, and spending time with her family and close friends.
