April Annetionette Atkins

April represents clients from all facets of the construction industry in disputes, including arbitrations, lawsuits, and appeals. She has drafted and negotiated many multi-million dollar construction contracts on behalf of contractors and public owners, including complicated cost-plus contracts for work outside of the United States, as well as contracts for architectural and consulting services and subcontracts. April also provides real-time counseling and representation for issues with ongoing construction projects.
