I am dedicated to providing my clients with personalized legal services.
I have been a practicing attorney for more than 20 years. I started my own law firm in 2012. My practice areas include real estate, estate planning (wills & trusts, durable power of attorney, designation of heath care surrogate and living will), probate, business law, corporate and LLC formations and elder law – Medicaid planning.
Prior to starting my own practice, I gained valuable knowledge working as associate general counsel for a prominent commercial real estate developer. Throughout my career I have been involved in hundreds of commercial and residential property closings. I also gained significant experience working for a small law firm handling estate probates, writing wills and trusts, and providing attorney representation for elder law issues. Before embarking on a legal career, I worked for a major airline as an aircraft dispatcher. I also hold a commercial pilot license with instrument and multi-engine ratings.
My involvement in the community includes being a member of the Volusia County Bar Association and the Port Orange-South Daytona Chamber of Commerce.

- Q. can i sell the land of a deceased relative in florida
- A: I am very sorry for your loss. If title to the property was in your sister's name alone, then a probate would be required in order to sell the property. If your sister was not married and did not leave minor children, then the property would pass to the beneficiaries under her will or to her heirs if she did not have a will.
