There is no way to get second chances when it comes to creating your Estate Plan. If you don't create a plan, then the State of Florida and a Judge will make those decisions for you.
Attorney Conticello also leverages his 20+ years working for governmental entities, and now represents people and businesses facing issues dealing with Florida's Sunshine Laws and Public Record requests. This might include anything from coordinating a complex public record request, or litigating against a governmental entity to ensure that they comply with Florida's Sunshine laws.
