Andrew Main Parker
Attorney Andrew M. Parker
For nearly fifteen years Andrew's practice has focused primarily on divorce, child custody, child support, serious felonies, misdemeanors, DUI/OVI, drafting complex trusts, and general litigation. Andrew is known for his tough, but compassionate demeanor that instills confidence in his clients and puts them at ease.
Andrew gained admission to the Ohio State Bar Association after graduating from Law School at the University of Toledo in 2003. He earned his undergraduate degree from John Carroll University.
Andrew is a past president of the Medina County Bar Association and has previously served as the association’s president-elect, vice president, treasurer, and secretary. Andrew is a trustee on the board of Let’s Make a Difference, a group that provides positive social growth in the lives of children in need through educational, spiritual and creative experiences. Let’s Make a Difference promotes the idea that each person can make a difference.
Andrew most often practices in Medina, Wayne, and Summit Counties, but has also appeared in actions in Ashland, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lorain, Portage, and Stark Counties.

Hourly Rate $160 per hour billed in tenth of an hour increments. Retainers: Misdemeanor Criminal Offenses in Medina County $500 to $750 OVI / DUI Offenses in Medina County $1200 OVI / DUI Offenses Out of Medina County : $1750 Misdeameanors Outside Medina County $600 to $1000 Low Level Felony Offenses $1000 to $2500 F3 to F1 Felony Offenses is decided on a case by case basis Dissolution without children: $1200 Dissolution with children : $2000 Divorce without children : $2000 Divorce with children : $2500 Civil Matters : $750 to $2000 Post Decree Motions in Divorce : $750 All other cases are on a case by case basis.
