Dont use this lawyer for a landlord_ tenant case I had the worst experince with this lawyer back in October 2022 when I had to evict my tenants. After I payed the supposed notice to quit, my tenants throught their lawyer requested some extra time to move out. I did consulted Mr Naideck whom told me it was up to me to give them some extra time but he will charge $ 500.00 dollars to do the extention which I agreed in consideration to the fact that was winter, so i gave them to the end of March to vacate the premises.He never told me that they could just ignore their request and made the case voided so i will have to start from the beginning . I did payed $500.00 dollars. However, this so call agreement was never presented to the cort showing that the tenants had requested the extra time. The so call agreement became a useless piece of paper. I believe since the tenant requested the extra time this document shall have been presented to cort to make it valid. I did have to hired another lawyer to finish the case and get the tenants evicted.
