Q. What if during a field sobriety test the officer conducts the test in the wrong order?
A: You need an experienced DWI attorney to assist you with your case. An attorney will need to see the police report to begin crafting your defense.
Q. I refused to take a breath test does that mean I'm guilty
A: No, but it does change the strategy of your defense. You need to hire an experienced DWI attorney to help you with your case.
Q. Do I need a lawyer for my speeding ticket?
A: You should hire an attorney to help with your case. It is likely that an attorney will be able to get your ticket dismissed or reduced. Call around and find an attorney that you like.
Q. I'm trying to seek an attorney for traffic violations I have 4tickets and cannot afford an attorney what should I do
A: you need to go to court and explain to the judge that you cannot afford an attorney at the moment. Then you need to save up for an attorney. Many will take payment plans over time.
Q. I've never had a ticket in my life and was given a ticket for not having proof of insurance. I had an old policy on me.
A: I'm sorry that you did not have insurance on you. Any competent criminal defense attorney should be able to help get this ticket dismissed or reduced if you have insurance now.
Q. MY SON GOT AN MIP... WHAT IS THE AVERAGE FEE FOR A LAWYER TO GET THE TICKET REDUCED?
A: You can probably expect $500-1500 for a municipal MIP charge.
Q. if I was injured playing for my employers softball team off the clock, is my employer liable? I was not forced to play.
A: Most likely no. Softball games tend to be outside the scope of employment. Especially, if the league is voluntary.
Q. How can an employer prove being under the influence of marijuana was the main cause of my injury?
A: You need to hire an attorney to handle your workers compensation case. You need to understand that an employer will likely fight your claim, because it seems like your claim will be very large on the damages. As for the marijuana, your attorney will need to conduct discovery to see what the evidence bears out. Many attorneys, including our office, offers FREE consultations to evaluate cases.
Q. Can a attorney take more then the percentage by law. If an unsecured loan has been granted.
A: I am not exactly sure what you are asking. There are certainly limits to the attorneys fees, however if you took out a loan for the case that loan needs to be paid back. Paying the loan back is generally in addition to attorneys fees.
