In 2010, Ms. Spector was honored to receive the Asthagiri Chandra Sekaran Award, naming her as the Most Outstanding Woman M.B.A. Graduating Student for the 2010 graduating class.

As a practicing attorney, Ms. Spector has represented clients in the St. Louis and Metro East areas in a variety of civil litigation settings, with a heavy focus on family law. After gaining more than four (4) years of experience, Ms. Spector partnered with her colleague, Kelly Garrett-Hicks, to establish Hicks & Spector, L.L.C., where she has continued served the legal community since 2013.

Ms. Spector is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the St. Clair County Bar Association and the Madison County Bar Association.
