Amy Epstein Gluck

Amy Epstein Gluck has represented individuals and corporate clients in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and various federal district courts for almost twenty years. Ms. Epstein Gluck’s current practice areas include employment law—advising on and drafting employment agreements; handling employment negotiations, severance agreements, noncompete and nondisclosure agreements, “wrongful terminations” and other EEO matters; representation at the EEOC level; advising employers about discrimination laws and how to remain in compliance, and employment negotiations. Amy also focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation matters including business law and litigation (breach of fiduciary duty, conversion, tortious interference), defamation, contract and quasi-contract issues, and various torts both in federal and state courts and in mediation and arbitration. Ms. Epstein Gluck’s experience includes audit and grant work, debarments; breach of contract and Uniform Commercial Code claims; consumer fraud and deceptive trade practices act claims; corporate governance; directors’ and officers’ claims; professional liability claims; injunctive actions; restrictive covenants; and shareholder and partnership disputes.
