A Co-op, a pandemic and a wild 16 months Allison joined our home buying process in January 2020 when we had put in an offer to purchase a Co-op. After waiting several weeks for a board interview we were finally close to being invited in for one and then guess what, yes, the pandemic. We were so frustrated to have gotten so close and felt robbed of this experience. Allison advocated for us every week and month to get any movement on our application into the building. She was persistent and truly a problem solver in the process. We were finally allowed to interview and got approval, and then the seller passed away. This is where things got complicated and we decided to pull out of the deal. Allison advocated for us to get our down payment back by amending clauses to our contract along the way. Finally a few months later we found a new unit in the same building and the process began once again. Allison without missing a beat jumped into all the legalities for us. She communicated with my husband every week several times a week and kept us updated every step of the way. We finally closed this week and I am SO happy we had her as our attorney.
