- Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Ms. Bloom served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard D. Cudahy, Senior Judge on the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals of the United States. She has volunteered as a Lemon Law Arbitrator for the State of New York and has been trained as a mediator of community disputes in New York City. Ms. Bloom also spent more than a year working as a paralegal in the Intellectual Property and Litigation Departments of Baker McKenzie’s Sydney, Australia office. Prior to entering law school, Ms. Bloom worked for five years as an Analyst for National Economic Research Associates, Inc., where she provided economic analysis of patent infringement and antitrust issues.
