Lawyer did not perform the job he was hired. Waste of time and money I hired Alex mid December and paid retainer fee. I haven’t heard from him until end of January. I explained to him the reason why I hired him because the executor of the trust lawyer won’t provide us the papers we asked. I called and e- ‘mailed several times and he said his e-mail doesn’t work. So I end up texting him. He said he tried to call the other party but they are not responding and he said they are nice in oregon and tried to work things out . The 9 agonising months That he put me through I paid 3,000 Retainer fee for him not doing anything is not right. I was advised by several lawyer here in Tulsa to terminate him when 4 months he hasn’t done anything. But I gave him soo many chance to do something.
