Albertina (Abby) Webb is a Partner in the Firm’s Family Law Department. She concentrates her practice on family law issues such as divorce, custody, support, dissolution of domestic partnerships, enforcement or modification of marital agreements, enforcement and/or modification of alimony and child support, emancipation applications, equitable distribution and post-judgment enforcement and modification. She handles matters from inception through trial. Abby litigates the validity of pre-nuptial and property settlement agreements. She also advances and defends applications to set them aside as well as for enforcement. Abby holds the appointment of Vice President of the Southern Region for the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey.
She is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and currently serves on its Family Law Executive Committee. Abby was appointed to the NJSBA JPAC committee for 2020 and was recently re-appointed for 2020-2021. She is also a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association Family Law Committee and the Ocean County Bar Association Family Law Committee. Abby is also a member of the New York State Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association and Ocean County Bar Association. She is a member of the Family Committee of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ). She serves as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Middlesex and Ocean Counties and as an intensive settlement panelist in Monmouth County.
Abby serves on the New Jersey Lawyer and New Jersey Family Lawyer magazine editorial boards. She has created and participated in ICLE programs, including a program on Domestic Violence with the Honorable Daniel Brown from Middlesex County in April 2020.
