He never overwhelms, yet is thorough, which creates a trust with his clients that is second to none.

Unlike some personal injury attorneys who think "negligence," and "Damages," Mr. Ahdoot's focus on causation for damages, and how the facts of a specific case make it unique, give him an uncanny analytical mind.

His communication with clients, opposing counsel, his staff, and the Court itself is unparalleled. Concision and precision in both written and verbal communications, he doesn't flood the person he is speaking to with unnecessary jargon for the sake of using legalese. By the same token, he knows exactly when and how to make a strict, poignant argument and get his message across.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

Maintains the strictest compliance with the guidelines prescribed by the State Bar, the Rules of Court, and the Local Rules of every Court, in addition to the preferences of each and every individual Judge--in and out of the Courtroom. He encompasses the Duty of Candor in everyday life, and I've witnessed the same. He does not cut corners or play games with opposing counsel, and keeps his client's apprised of every aspect of their case regularly and without their need to reach out first.
