Aisha Williams

Aisha is a native San Diegan, graduating from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Business (with an emphasis in Spanish and a Distinction in the Major) and a minor in Portuguese. She began an 18-year career at Qualcomm, Inc., a global leader in wireless communications technology, as a Marketing Intern while attending SDSU. Her desire to do meaningful and fulfilling work drove her back to school, and as someone who isn't afraid of a challenge, she attended the University of San Diego School of Law under scholarship, while continuing to work full-time. Aisha earned her law degree and passed the California Bar Exam in 2012, and subsequently worked as in-house counsel in Qualcomm's Technology Licensing division, where she practiced Intellectual Property law for six years.
Affected by a family struggle over an inheritance earlier in her life, and becoming a mother twice over, Aisha decided to leave the corporate world to open her own law firm. She founded the Law Office of Aisha M. Williams so that she could help individuals and families avoid court and conflict through comprehensive and heart-driven estate planning legal services.
Aisha is married to her college love and they have two young daughters. She loves spending time with her family, the beach, traveling, dancing, golf, soccer, snowboarding.
The Law Office of Aisha M. Williams focuses on comprehensive estate planning, trust administration, probate, and conservatorships. We are a fully virtual law firm and are able to serve clients throughout California in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Aisha is a member of the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice law in California.
