Agnes Rybar
The Law Office of Agnes Rybar, LLCAttorney Agnes Rybar has over 12 years of experience in Divorce and Family Law. She graduated from Rutgers School of Law – Newark in 2004. After law school, Agnes served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Alan J. Pogarsky, J.S.C., in the Family Part, Ocean County. In that capacity, she analyzed and wrote recommendations on post-judgment motions and emergent applications dealing with issues of custody, parenting time, support, modifications and enforcement of divorce agreements. Thereafter, Agnes was a partner at a law firm of Horn, Turnbach & Rybar, LLC, where she honed her skills in the field of Divorce and Family Law. In July of 2013, Agnes was proud to open her own law firm in Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey. As a survivor of divorce and a parent, Agnes continues to provide compassionate and candid representation to her Divorce and Family Law clients throughout Ocean, Monmouth and surrounding Counties. Agnes Rybar is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Since 2005, Agnes has volunteered her time as a member of the Ocean County Early Settlement Panel, which is a program designed to assist divorcing couples settle their differences without a trial. In addition, Agnes is trained in Collaborative Divorce, which is a more civil and cost-effective way of resolving matrimonial disputes out of court. Ms. Rybar was a member of the Jersey Shore Collaborative Law Group from 2007 through 2012. Agnes was born in Poland and is fluent in the Polish language. Prior to her permanent relocation to the United States, Agnes earned a law degree from the Warsaw University School of Law in 1998. Agnes proudly serves the local Polish community by providing legal services in their native language.
