Adriana Ortiz
Adriana Ortiz, is a licensed Colombian lawyer. She practiced in the area of criminal law for eight years, both as a prosecutor and defence counsel in the city of Medellin in the late 1990"s. Due to her passion for the profession, she decided to return to the practice of law in Canada.
Adriana has a B.A. in political science and a Juris Doctor from la Universidad Pontifica Bolivariana, located in Medellin, Colombia. She also received a Master of Laws (GPLLM) from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
In Medellin, Colombia, she was a successful trial lawyer with considerable experience in criminal law,, having first hand knowledge of both sides of the justice system, prosecution and defence counsel.
Adriana is not only passionate about the law, but also about achieving the best outcome for her clients. She is knowledgeable, committed, persuasive and always well prepared to advocate on your behalf. She will make it her priority to win your case.
Although English is her native language, Adriana speaks fluent Spanish.
