1 Questions Answered
Q. My husband left on September 12th 2020 and has not returned, can I get a divorce?
A: You can not get an absolute divorce yet, as you cannot file until you have been separated for one year. However, you likely can file for a property division incident to separation and impending divorce along with a spousal support claim should you qualify under law.
