Adam P. Greene
Handling complex workers' compensation cases for South Carolina injured workers.
Adam P. Greene is an attorney at the Steinberg Law Firm. He works out of the Goose Creek office and focuses his practice on complex workers’ compensation cases, personal injury, and longshore and harbor workers’ injury law.
Prior to joining the Steinberg Law Firm, Adam practiced workers’ compensation defense law in the catastrophic injury and major case unit of a law firm, defending multiple, large insurance companies. Working on the defense side, he learned the tactics and strategies insurance companies and their attorneys use to minimize and deny benefits to injured workers. Now, he uses this knowledge to help fight for injured workers and to get them the compensation they deserve.
Adam is a member of two legal associations, the South Carolina Bar Association and the Charleston County Bar Association. He is also an active member of Injured Workers’ Advocates, the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group, and the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association. Furthermore, at the beginning of 2022 Adam was a speaker at the Workers’ Compensation Academy.
In 2020, Adam was listed in the South Carolina Business Magazine’s Legal Elite. He graduated from Auburn University in 2014, earning his B.S. in Finance. Following his undergrad, he went on to earn his J.D. at the University of South Carolina School of Law. In between his studies, Adam worked as a Legislative Intern with the U.S. House of Representatives and as a Judicial Law Clerk with the Richland County Judicial Center.
Adam’s background and prior experience has shaped his career as an attorney well versed in complex workers’ compensation cases. Adam’s passion is to have the opportunity to make a difference in an injured workers’ life, whether that is from securing necessary medical treatment or obtaining monetary compensation for the injured victim.
During his personal time, Adam enjoys being outdoors hunting, fishing, or simply taking a walk with his wife and Siberian Husky.
