Q. Hello, I have a question regarding merchant NAVY. What is the punishment for using insulting words in VHF Radio ? Tnx
A: Hello, To clarify, are you asking about the punishment for a member of the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Merchant Marine, or someone else? Are the insulting words coming from a service member or a private citizen? And are the words profane and/or false, or something else? Thank you.
Q. Do I need a high powered attorney?
A: Tim is right. If you were hurt on a vessel or adjacent to the water, you might consider reaching out directly to a maritime lawyer. Maritime law can be tricky, so it's best to talk to an experienced lawyer one-on-one.
