Aaron Fairchild
We bring and defend cases under California's employment and housing laws.
As a lawyer I understand the responsibilities I have when helping the people who come to me with serious legal problems. I see my role as helping the parties reach a resolution, whether by agreement or court action. I try to strike a balance between productive negotiations with my opponent and aggressive litigation when necessary.
I pride myself on being responsive and direct with my clients. I will always give you my honest and candid advice, and will fight for your interests as if they were my own. I take most satisfaction in my work when I am using the law to hold abusers accountable and protecting victims, both defensively and offensively.
Please feel free to contact our office if you have questions about employment rights or obligations, contract needs, landlord/tenant issues, or business transactions/disputes.
