Additionally, Mr. Bailey has experience handling appeals before the Minnesota Court of Appeals. He is licensed in Minnesota State Courts, the Federal District of North Dakota, and Immigration Courts nationwide.

Mr. Bailey attended the University of North Dakota where he obtained Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice Studies and went on to earn his J.D.....

C. James Williams, III is an attorney who represents clients in the Midlothian, Richmond, and Tri-Cities.

C. James Williams, III chose to pursue a career in law after completing undergraduate studies. He attended George Mason University School of Law and graduated in 1987. C James Williams, III passed the bar exam and was admitted to legal practice in 1987.

He represents clients with Personal Injury - General: Plaintiff issues in Virginia. He also represents clients with Workers' Compensation: Claimant, Professional Liability: Plaintiff and Civil Litigation: Plaintiff issues.
