I am married to Lori Dawn (Irick) Earl since Dec 1991. We have 5 children, 4 girls and 1 son. I have been a practicing attorney here in Moses Lake, Grant County since July 1992.

Steven Earl has represented disabled individuals since 2009. I represented the District of Columbia government for 37 years as both a trial and appellate litigator, with a special expertise in government contract litigation and administrative law cases. Having now retired from government service, I sometimes take on legal research and writing matters.
