She spent a combined eight years as a solo estate planning practitioner and then pro bono attorney in Pittsboro, North Carolina. She believes in proactive planning at all stages of our lives and aims to provide client-centered service. Stephanie lived in Massachusetts, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and Ohio before attending Duke University in North Carolina, where she studied comparative religion. Stephanie E. Scales-Sherrin joined the firm in May of 2008. Ms. Scales-Sherrin graduated from the Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina, with a law degree in 2007. Ms. Scales-Sherrin also holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology from West Virginia University. She is admitted to practice in West Virginia and handles cases in family law, criminal defense and personal injury.
