Robert Gross has worked with Elk & Elk since 1992. He is one of the first attorneys in Ohio to be certified as a specialist in the field of workers' compensation. He is currently Of Counsel to Elk & Elk representing injured workers before the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and the Industrial Commission of Ohio.

Matthew Gross received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida, and after studying five years at Reformed Theological Seminary at the Orlando campus, went on to receive his JD from Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
