Philomena S. Patiño (Mena) is an Arizona native, born and raised in the Valley of the Sun. Mena received received her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. She also holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in English and Sociology from Arizona State University (Go Sun Devils!).
