Mr. Lyons is an associate attorney and joined the firm in 1998. Mr. Lyons received his Bachelor Degree in economics and finance from Barry University, School of Business. He then attended Nova Southeastern University, where he graduated from the School of Law in 1997. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Lyons is the president of and an active Real Estate Broker with Lyons Realty Group, Inc. Additionally, Mr. Lyons has served the City of Hollywood - Planning and Zoning Board.

Sean Lyons was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He served as a Federal Judicial Law Clerk in Brownsville, Texas for the Hon. United States District Judge Filemon B. Vela. With over 20 years of trial experience, Sean has helped plaintiffs injured by medical malpractice, defective medical devices, pharmaceuticals, civil rights violations and asbestos. He is a member of the bars of Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Hawaii, and has also appeared in courts in California, Idaho, Colorado, Missouri, Illinois, Ohio and Massachusetts. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Philip grew up in South Arkansas in the 50's and early 60s within 50 miles of the hometowns of Johnny Cash, Bear Bryant, Bill Clinton, Mike Huckabee and Barry Switzer.
