Subsequently, he received his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University. Fletcher W. Harkrader III has been practicing law since 1983 and focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury. John C. Shea has been in practice since 1977, focusing his practice exclusively on representation of the injured. Graduating from Wake Forest University in 1974 (Cum Laude), he received his J.D. in 1977 from the University of Richmond School of Law. He has been with Marks & Harrison since that time. Craig came to Marks & Harrison after working as a defense attorney for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Rob joined Marks & Harrison in 2019. He received his bachelor’s degree from Elon University before graduating from The Appalachian School of Law. While in law school, he served as the Student Bar Association President, and was awarded the American Bar Association SBA President of the Year award. Michael completed his undergraduate studies at N.C. State University and received his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law.Michael joined Marks & Harrison in 2019. He formerly practiced law as an associate at Freeborn & Peters in Richmond. Prior to joining Freeborn & Peters, Michael served as Staff Counsel for GEICO. He also served as an Assistant Public Defender in the Office of the Public Defender in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Andrea received her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she served on the Moot Court Board and Client Counseling and Negotiation Board and represented the University of Richmond at various competitions. Prior to joining Marks & Harrison, Andrea most recently served as Staff Counsel for GEICO defending personal injury cases. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, writing, running, playing and watching sports, and exploring Virginia.

Charles W. Davis, Jr grew up in Tappahannock and graduated from Essex High School. He graduated from the University of Virginia where he double-majored in politics and sociology. He received his law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law. C.W. worked as a clerk at Marks & Harrison for over two years before joining the Firm. Ryan T. Walker joined Marks & Harrison in 2014 after having most recently worked for GEICO on the defense side of personal injury cases. Since he was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2007, Ryan has practiced exclusively in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury law. He has vast experience in automobile accident litigation.

Kevin M. McGowan has been in practice since 1978. He received his J.D. in 1978 from the University of Virginia School of Law after graduating from Belmont Abbey College in 1975 (Magna Cum Laude). He is currently an Associate with Marks & Harrison, one of the largest personal injury firms in Virginia. He concentrates on workers’ compensation and personal injury.

Brad Kent is a 2012 graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he double majored in History and Political Science. He received his law degree in May 2015 from the University of Richmond School of Law where he served as Vice President of the Trial Advocacy Board.
