Attorney Jared E. Everton attended the Thomas Jefferson school of law, earning his J.D in 2001. That same year, Mr. Everton joined the Jackson White Law firm in Arizona. Jared Everton is now a managing shareholder at the firm and a member of the litigation team, representing individuals and businesses in matters involving insurance, personal injury, and wrongful death.

I am married to Lori Dawn (Irick) Earl since Dec 1991. We have 5 children, 4 girls and 1 son. I have been a practicing attorney here in Moses Lake, Grant County since July 1992.

Steven Earl has represented disabled individuals since 2009. He has experience at all stages of the Social Security Disability process from applications through hearings and appeals to the Appeals Council and Federal Court. He has appeared at thousands of hearings before administrative law judges and helped many clients obtain benefits.

I represented the District of Columbia government for 37 years as both a trial and appellate litigator, with a special expertise in government contract litigation and administrative law cases. Having now retired from government service, I sometimes take on legal research and writing matters.
