Kevin W. Gaughen, Jr. joined the firm in August of 2009 from the Norfolk County District Attorneys office. Gaughen served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Wrentham, Quincy, Stoughton and Dedham District Courts and as the Assistant District Attorney in charge of the Brookline District and Juvenile Courts. Attorney Gaughen is known for his zealous trial advocacy. Tom graduated from the University of Richmond’s T.C. Williams School of Law after receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Mary Washington. His varied legal background began in his final summer at UMW, where he was an intern for Rappahannock Legal Services. While there he worked with indigent clients and attorneys on all manner of cases ranging from civil suits to Social Security appeals to defending evictions.
