Jose was born in Havana Cuba and he has been a resident of the Miami metropolitan area since 1974. He attended Barry University and Nova University school of Law. He graduated with his doctor’s degree in 1991. In 1991 Jose founded The Law Offices of Jose M. Francisco, P.A. The Law Offices of Jose M. Francisco, P.A. handles all types of personal injury, product liability, insurance coverage, and consumer cases. Personal injury cases handled by the firm include automobile accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, workers compensation, medical malpractice, and insurance matters.

I joined the legal profession with Mooney Law in 2018. I initially began practicing general practice law under the guidance of two partners and gained important experience. Since then, I have been working hard to give my clients the results they deserve. I am now employed at Becker Law Group, P.C. continuing in general practice legal representation. Rick’s experience ranges from Civil Litigation to Business Formation and Intellectual Property Protection. While attending the University of Illinois College of Law, Rick was an active trial team competitor and coach. Following his success in regional and national competitions, he was awarded the prestigious Rickert Award for Excellence in Advocacy. Rick was privileged to clerk for the Clark County Superior Court, and upon graduation returned to the Pacific Northwest where he remains a strong advocate for families and businesses alike.
