Edgardo Hernandez obtained a Bachelor of Science in Event Management from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, FL. While serving as case manager to various law firms in South Florida he developed a wealth of knowledge in practicing Criminal Defense, Family, Personal Injury Protection, and other areas of Civil Litigation. I was born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico. In 1999, I moved to Indiana/USA to pursue a graduate degree in Political Science. In December/2004, I graduated from the Indiana University-School of Law. I was admitted to the practice of Law in the State of Indiana in May/2005 and established my own office shortly thereafter. In November/2014, I opened my new office in Tampa, Florida where my sole focus is on the area of Immigration Law.

I handle each case personally and I firmly believe that the most effective defense can only be effectuated when there is a strong foundation of trust between attorney and client. I do everything in my power to earn that trust.
