Elliot Conn has devoted his legal career to protecting consumers. A graduate of the prestigious University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, Elliot knew from day one that he wanted to use his law degree to help people. In law school, Elliot volunteered as a student advocate at the East Bay Community Law Center, gaining valuable experience and helping consumers in a variety of matters. Gordon Conn practices primarily in bankruptcy and business litigation, and is board-certified in business bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification. He was counsel of record for Petitioners in Norwest Bank Worthington v. Ahlers, 485 U.S. 197 (1988), and argued and won that case in the United States Supreme Court. In bankruptcy matters, he represents secured creditors, committees, trustees, and unsecured creditors, and has acted as liquidating agent.
