Andrew Biller's law practice focuses on wage and hour litigation. Mr. Biller has experience with a variety of wage disputes including overtime exempt/nonexempt misclassification, illegal tip pools, improper paycheck deductions, unpaid minimum wage and overtime, and unpaid off-the-clock work. Mr. Biller handles both individual wage and hour claims as well as representative (collective and class) actions to collect wages on behalf of groups of workers. A passion for justice has guided Richard L. Lara's education and career. While earning BA, MA, and Ph.D. degrees in philosophy and history and his Juris Doctorate, he thought deeply about ethics, political philosophy, and history.
