Amy Laughlin has been achieving exceptional results for clients since 1992. After graduating with honors from The University of Michigan Law School, Amy joined the San Francisco office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, LLP. While there, she counseled individuals and corporations in a wide range of complex financial matters. In 2013, Amy opened her own practice where she focuses primarily on divorce, business and entertainment law.

Upon graduation from law school, I joined my present firm and began practicing family law. I am a Board Certified Specialist in Family Law, handling child custody and support, adoptions, alimony, equitable distribution (division of marital property), paternity, domestic violence, and issues related to military family law and non-traditional families. I also practice collaborative family law, a type of alternative dispute resolution.

Ms. Flynn graduated in 1974 from Nichols State University in Thibodeaux, Louisiana, with a B.A. degree in History, in 1977 from the Louisiana State University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with a J.D. degree, and in 1994 with an M.A.H. degree in Humanities from Louisiana State University.
